1. Reservations are strongly encouraged! Everyone wants to come visit the café and we only have so much room to accommodate. Please note that there must be one (1) adult for every two (2) children ages 12 and under. All children must have a paid admission.

2. Please call and let us know if you will be late for your scheduled time. After 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, if we haven’t heard from you, your spot may be given to someone else.

3. When playing with cats, remember that they are curious, loving, aloof, frisky and lazy all in the same day. Please do not pick up the cats. Let them come to you. This is best for you and for the cat.

4. Guests are required to review and accept our terms and conditions when booking all cat lounge reservations. The purchase of a cat lounge reservation also confirms the acknowledgment and agreement of the terms outlined below, for which we do NOT allow any exceptions:

   • Cancellations: requests to cancel must be received via email at info@catladycafesouthbend.com or by calling 574-228-2266 no less than 24 hours prior to your reservation time to qualify for a refund.

   • Reschedules: You are able to reschedule your reservations any time before your scheduled appointment using your confirmation email.

   • No-Shows/Late Arrivals: You are permitted in the cat lounge for the time selected for your reservation. If you arrive after your start time, you may enjoy the remaining time left in your reservation window. Missing or not using your reservation completely does not qualify you for a refund or credit toward any future visit.

5. ALLERGIES: We use Naturally Fresh litter, which is made from walnuts.
